In our childhood when we were just about 12/13 years, Ramayana seriel was
telecasted. Rama, Ravan, Sita and specially Hanuman were our favorite Characters, we hardly understand what they're talking but watching was a real fun. And when Hanuman used to appear ,fun was doubled. War scenes of arrows and Gada were moments of those days. Then, TV was a fantasy for us and Ramayana was a mythology though some of us had a strong belief that had happened some thousands years ago.
It has many glimpses in our society as it had been carrying forward in many mediums and in numerous languages. We knew the basic story but not gone into the depths of the series of happiness in the epic.
And after so many years when it is being retelecasted, many a things are getting more clearer to our understanding. Yes, truly I start understanding and trying to understand. The characters, the dialogues and the meaning behind it making me irresistable.
Though, each episode is of immense important but today's episode made me overwhelmed and persuade me to introspect.
Rama returned from Vanabas, crowned as King after 14 years of sheer struggle in jungles for sake of his Mother's wish, for the sake of his Father's word and for the sake of eliminating the sinful souls and to restore the prosperity, peace and virtue over 😈 Evil. He fought the deadliest War against Ravana and rescued his beloved wife Sita.
Eventually, he had to face another biggest challenge when he came to know his own pupils distrust their Queen Sita and raising question on her sanctity as because as she had stayed at Lanka for 10 months in Ravana's proximity. Then, He took the most harrowing decision of his life and left Sita, again to the Jungle when she was pregnant.
Rama who born in the Earth, believed to be the Lord had faced a miserable life. Even being the Lord he faced most uncommon challenges of Life. But he stood firm in his stance of "Dharma and Kartavya " as a King.
He left his wife as per the most bizarre sentiment of the people of his Kingdom who once called him the ideal and Maryada Purusottam Rama.
Even after thousands years passed, most of us claim him of doing the wrong with his pregnant wife and in future also perhaps the questions would be raised.
Thank God there was no Woman Commission, no feminists movement and no Supreem Court then or else he would have been questioning. This is the irony of our Society.
The irony of the Human Race is that we could never value a good heart and could never endorse a good soul, as we often seek the same in our Heavenly dreams. We always pretend to be with him.
God is the Supreme power whatever we name him Allah, Ishwar, WaheGuru or any name but truth always remain same, none of us can say he wants us to die for him, certainly not. He always showed us how to live and let live.
God cannot be so selfish, rude and wrath to anyone. We the Man have given him different names, we the Man have given him different shapes and we have defined and confined him as per our perception.
God has made us Man and given us a brain to think. The inestimable brain is the boon and the only blessings to all Humans by the unseen, untouch and invincible in the abode.
I really wonder about which God we are always talking about and for which God we are fighting among ourselves?????
